Signal changes on Ariva 102E

Ferguson has recently received several reports of signal quality problems escalating after long term use of Ariva 102E. Hereby inform you that the problem may exist on selected antenna installation and configuration of it and it is not a device defect. We would like to help all customers who want to customize the device for such kind of installation. If you met any signal problems, please return the unit to the place of purchase. All equipment sent by the sellers to our factory will be adjusted free of charge. We apologize for the inconvenience.
