How to send the unit to the service?

To send the faulty equipment to the repair, please note the following steps:

  • First sign the warranty card.
  • Pack it carefully (secure it with several layers blown film and an extra box.
  • Check whether the packet and the return address and defect describe the defect as detail as possible,
  • and write your contact number.!!!


    • You can send it in two ways:
